This Privacy Policy explains how the Ohio Notary Public Prep mobile application (the "App") handles user information. The App is a study tool designed to help users prepare for the Ohio notary certification exam.
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, personal identifiers, or usage analytics about you. There is no account creation, no server-side user profiles, and no collection of names, email addresses, device identifiers, or location information.
Any settings, bookmarks, progress-tracking data, or quiz state used by the App are stored locally on your device only. That local data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers because the App does not upload or sync any data.
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries. No information is shared with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
The App is fully functional offline after initial download. Because it does not communicate with remote servers, you can use all study materials without an internet connection.
The App does not use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to track users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will indicate the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
