HPAT Exam Prep Ireland ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data or usage analytics. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to make that statement transparent to users and to explain a few related details about purchases and third-party services that are outside the app's control.
The HPAT Exam Prep Ireland mobile application does not collect or process any personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, location data, or crash reports. All practice test progress, bookmarks and scores are stored locally on the user’s device only and are not transmitted to any server by the app.
If you purchase the app through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, payment processing and purchase records are handled by the respective app store and its payment processor. We do not receive or store payment card information. For purchase verification the app may rely on the receipt/token provided by the store as permitted by the store policies.
The app does not include any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or any form of user tracking. If you see a future update that adds optional cloud or analytics features, this policy will be updated and you will be informed.
The app may include features that let you manually export or share results (for example share a score image or export a CSV). Any data you choose to share or export is initiated by you and is not automatically sent or stored by the app.
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. Because the app does not collect personal data, there is no collection from children under 13. If you believe your child under 13 has shared personal data by other means, contact us and we will assist.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we add any data-collecting features in future versions we will notify users and update this policy with the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
