Thank you for using Election Poster Maker (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. The short version: the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or any third parties. Everything happens locally on your device.

What the App Does

The App allows users to create portrait election posters by:

• Using pre-designed backgrounds (solid and gradient styles).
• Changing background colors with three simple color pickers.
• Adding and editing text with a toolbox.
• Replacing the default candidate image with a personal photo.
• On iPhones, replacing the default logo with your own.
• Saving finished posters to your device’s photo library.
• Viewing saved posters through the “My Posters” section.

Data Collection & Use

No data is collected:

• The App does not ask for names, emails, phone numbers, or any personal details.
• No analytics, crash reports, or tracking is included.
• No data is sent to servers — all poster creation happens locally on your device.

Photos & Media Access

The App only requests access to your Photos when you choose to add your own image or when saving a finished poster. Images you select remain on your device and are never uploaded.

Children

The App is safe for use by children under 13. It does not collect, track, or share any personal data. Parents and teachers can allow children to use the App for school-related campaigns (such as prefect elections) with confidence that no information is leaving the device.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use advertising, analytics, or any third-party SDKs that gather information.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if needed. Updates will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the changes.
