App: Colorado MPJE Exam Prep

This privacy policy explains how the Colorado MPJE Exam Prep mobile application ("the App") handles information. The App is developed and maintained by the app developer (contact details below).
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information from users by default. Specifically:

This information remains stored only on the user's device unless you explicitly export or share it using standard device features (for example, sharing a question via email or messaging). Exported or shared content will be handled by the service or app you choose to share with and is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
The App does not currently integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or other services that collect personal data. If this changes in future releases we will update this privacy policy and notify users of any material differences. Any third-party service integrations will be disclosed here and, where applicable, will include links to the third party’s privacy policies.
The App is provided as a one-time purchase through the App Store / Google Play storefront. Payment processing (if any) is handled entirely by the platform provider; we do not receive or store your payment card details. Please review the platform's payment and billing policies for more information.
Because the App does not collect personal data centrally, we do not retain any personal information on our servers. Local content (for example, progress or bookmarks saved on the device) remains stored only on the user's device unless you explicitly export or share it. If you uninstall the App, local data may be removed depending on your device settings; please consult your device documentation for details on app data retention and backup.
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by law in your jurisdiction. If you believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete any information we can access.
We take reasonable steps to protect local data stored by the App on your device. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and any backups you create.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes (for example, by adding analytics or data collection), we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, where possible, notify users through the App or the platform store listing.
