Privacy Policy — Arkansas Notary Prep

Last updated: October 26, 2025

Arkansas Notary Prep (the "App") is designed to help users study for the Arkansas Notary Public exam. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

No Collection of Personal Data

The developer does not collect, upload, or transmit any personal data from users of this App. Specifically:

Local storage: The App may store your practice progress or settings locally on your device to improve your experience. This data remains on the device and is not transmitted to any server.

Permissions & Third-Party Services

The App is designed to operate without requesting sensitive device permissions. If the App requires any permission in future updates (for example, to enable optional features), you will be asked explicitly and those permissions will be described in the app listing.

There are no third-party analytics or advertising networks integrated in the App. If any third-party services are added in a future release, this policy will be updated to reflect those services and how they are used.

Data Retention

Since the App does not collect personal data or transmit it off the device, there is nothing retained by the developer. Any local settings or progress stored on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the App or via an in-app clear option (if provided).

Security

Because the App does not transmit personal data, there is no external data to secure. You remain responsible for device-level security (passcode, backup, etc.).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. If material changes are made, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Arkansas Notary Prep mobile application and not to any third-party websites or services that you may access from the App.
