App: AMC Clinical Prep

Overview

AMC Clinical Prep is committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and data. The app does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data about users on our servers. All quiz content, bookmarks, scores and settings are stored locally on the user's device unless the user explicitly chooses to export or share content using standard device features.

What we do NOT collect

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information.
• No location data or GPS information.
• No analytics, tracking identifiers, advertising IDs, or third-party tracking.
• No server-side logs or usage telemetry.
• No data is transmitted to our servers for storage or processing.

Local data & device storage

The app may store data locally on your device to support features such as:

• Bookmarked questions
• Progress and performance metrics
• Downloaded question packs for offline use
• Preferences and app settings

This data remains on your device. If you delete the app or uninstall it, local data may be removed depending on the platform’s behaviour.

Third-party services

AMC Clinical Prep does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cloud storage for user data. If you use built-in device sharing features (for example to export a question as an image or share results), that operation is handled by your device and the recipient app or service — not by AMC Clinical Prep servers.

Advertising

This app does not display ads and does not participate in ad networks that collect user data.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 16. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information from the app data where possible.

Security

Because the app stores data locally and does not transmit personal data to external servers, the most common risks are device loss or unauthorized access to the device. We recommend using the device's built-in security (passcode, biometric lock, etc.) to protect local app data.

Your Rights

Even though we do not collect personal data, you may still:

• Request information about the app’s privacy practices using the contact details below.
• Ask for assistance deleting local data by uninstalling the app or using your device settings to clear the app data.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Significant changes will be called out in the app’s update notes where practicable.
